- 2 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a bowl, toss the diced potatoes with shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Place the coated potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
