  • ½ cup (113g) unsalted butter, melted

  • 1 (16-ounce/453g) container cottage cheese

  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese (about 8 ounces/226g), shredded

  • ¼ cup (31g) all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon baking powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 10 large eggs, lightly beaten


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine melted butter, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, flour, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Mix until well combined.

  • Slowly add the beaten eggs, stirring gently until the mixture is smooth and uniform.

  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.

  • Bake for 45-55 minutes or until the casserole is set and the top is lightly golden.

  • Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
