- 1 pound of ground beef
- 2 cans of tomato soup (10.5 oz each)
- 3 cups of cheese (any kind, shredded)
- 1 pound of shells pasta (or any pasta of your choice)
Instructions
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet until browned and fully cooked. Cook the pasta (shells) according to the package instructions, saving some pasta water.
- Combine the cooked beef, pasta, and tomato soup in a large mixing bowl. Add about half of the shredded cheese, reserving the rest for topping. Add some pasta water to the mixture to help create a creamy texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, then bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
