Indulge in this creamy and delightful Cheesecake Crescent Rolls Casserole, combining layers of sweet cream cheese and flaky crescent rolls. It’s a perfect dish for breakfast or dessert!


Ingredients

  • 2 cans crescent rolls
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  • Unroll one can of crescent rolls and press the dough into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread this mixture over the crescent roll layer in the dish.
  • Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and place it over the cream cheese layer. Brush the top with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

Let it cool slightly before slicing for easier serving.
