These Cheesecake Fruit Salad Roll-Ups are a fun and refreshing dessert that combines the creamy richness of cheesecake with the natural sweetness of mixed berries. Wrapped in a soft tortilla and drizzled with honey, these roll-ups are a light and easy treat that’s perfect for summer gatherings or a sweet snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 6 flour tortillas
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly onto each flour tortilla.
  • Place mixed berries on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  • Drizzle honey over the berries.
  • Roll up each tortilla tightly and secure with toothpicks.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
