Description

This comforting one-pan dish combines savory ground beef, tender egg noodles, and melted mozzarella cheese for a quick and satisfying meal perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 oz. egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Add the onion, garlic, and butter to the skillet. Cook until the onion is softened.
  • Stir in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer.
  • Add the egg noodles to the skillet. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the noodles are cooked.
  • Stir in the mozzarella cheese until melted. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
