- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Cook the Beef:
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the finely chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and cook for another 1 minute.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon as it cooks.
- Season the Beef:
- Drain any excess fat from the skillet.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, paprika, cumin, and chili powder.
- Add the salsa and mix well. Simmer for 5 minutes until the mixture is slightly thickened.
- Assemble the Burritos:
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a clean surface.
- Divide the beef mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the beef mixture.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.
- Bake the Burritos:
- Place the wrapped burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes.
- Serve with optional toppings like sour cream, guacamole, and chopped cilantro.
