- Prepare the Potatoes: In a bowl, mix the grated potatoes with a pinch of salt. Squeeze out the excess moisture using a clean kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
- Cook the Potato Patties: Heat a small amount of olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Form the grated potatoes into patties and fry until golden brown on both sides. Set aside on a paper towel-lined plate.
