This spicy and creamy Buffalo Chicken Lasagna combines the rich flavor of ground chicken with tangy buffalo sauce, melted mozzarella, and blue cheese crumbles. Topped off with a cool ranch dressing drizzle, it’s a perfect comfort food that packs a flavorful punch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a skillet, cook ground chicken, onion, and garlic until the chicken is no longer pink.
  • Stir in buffalo sauce and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • In a 9×13-inch baking dish, layer lasagna noodles, chicken mixture, mozzarella cheese, and blue cheese crumbles.
  • Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of cheese on top.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly.
  • Drizzle ranch dressing over the top before serving.

Notes

  • If you prefer a spicier dish, add extra buffalo sauce or a dash of hot sauce.
  • For a smoother ranch drizzle, you can thin the ranch dressing with a little milk.
  • The lasagna can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days before baking.
