  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a baking sheet.
  • In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce.
  • Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the pizza dough.
  • Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese, blue cheese crumbles, and chopped green onions over the chicken.
  • Carefully roll up the stromboli, sealing the edges to prevent the filling from spilling out.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the stromboli is golden brown.
  • Slice into pieces and serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
