Instructions

Cook the Pasta: Begin by boiling the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Sausage: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the sausage meat and cook, breaking it up into crumbles with a spatula, until browned and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes).

Add the Garlic and Tomatoes: Add the garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, then stir in the chopped tomatoes. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the tomatoes soften and release their juices.
