Description

This Cheesy Creamed Corn Casserole is the ultimate comfort food! A creamy, cheesy base made with corn, cream cheese, butter, and milk, topped with melted cheddar cheese, makes for a rich and satisfying side dish. It’s perfect for family dinners, holidays, or any special occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15.25 oz each) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, milk, sugar, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish.
  • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the corn mixture.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.

Notes

  • For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a pinch of garlic powder or onion powder to the mixture.
