Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of garlic bread
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  • Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
  • Butter one side of each slice of garlic bread.
  • Place one slice of garlic bread buttered side down in the skillet.
  • Top with shrimp, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese.
  • Place the second slice of garlic bread on top, buttered side up.
  • Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip and cook the other side until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from skillet, slice, and serve hot.
