- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
- Pour the garlic oil over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss again until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
