Description

A delightful, cheesy side dish featuring tender cauliflower florets infused with aromatic garlic and topped with rich Parmesan cheese. Perfect for adding a gourmet touch to any meal!


Ingredients

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Cut the cauliflower into florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  • In a small saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
  • Pour the garlic oil over the cauliflower florets and toss to coat.
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper over the cauliflower and toss again until evenly coated.
  • Spread the cauliflower out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is melted and starting to brown.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider using garlic powder or Italian seasoning in addition to the fresh garlic.
  • You can substitute nutritional yeast for Parmesan for a vegan option.
