Description

 

  • You can use any type of sausage (chicken, turkey, or pork), but smoked sausage adds a nice flavor.
  • If you like extra cheesy, you can sprinkle more cheddar cheese on top during the last few minutes of baking.
  • This dish can also be topped with a dollop of sour cream for added creaminess.

Ingredients

  • 5 medium potatoes, diced
  • 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  • In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced sausage, ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.
  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
  • Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Serve hot and enjoy!
