- 5 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish with olive oil.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced potatoes, sliced sausage, ranch seasoning mix, cheddar cheese, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it out evenly.
- Cover the dish with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
