Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Spread cream cheese mixture onto each triangle.
- Place a spoonful of cherry pie filling at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll up each crescent, starting at the wide end.
- Place crescents on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar before serving.
