- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13 inch pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Pour over crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool, then spread cherry pie filling on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator before serving.
Notes
- These cheesecake bars are best when chilled for at least an hour to allow the flavors to set.
- You can substitute the cherry pie filling with other fruit toppings, such as blueberry or strawberry, for a different flavor.
