These Chicken Alfredo Lasagna Rolls are a comforting, cheesy dish perfect for any occasion. Tender lasagna noodles are filled with a creamy chicken and ricotta mixture, then rolled up and smothered in Alfredo sauce and mozzarella. It’s a flavorful, hearty meal that the whole family will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
  • Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  • Take each lasagna noodle and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture along the length of the noodle. Carefully roll the noodles up and place them seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
  • Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

  • You can substitute the chicken with cooked turkey if preferred.
  • Feel free to use a homemade Alfredo sauce for a richer taste.
  • If you prefer a crispier top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
