- 12 lasagna noodles, cooked and cooled
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 jar (15 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded (divided)
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked shredded chicken, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, beaten egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix well until everything is evenly incorporated.
- Spread a thin layer of Alfredo sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Take each lasagna noodle and spread a generous amount of the chicken mixture along the length of the noodle. Carefully roll the noodles up and place them seam side down in the prepared baking dish.
- Pour the remaining Alfredo sauce over the rolls and top with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the chicken with cooked turkey if preferred.
- Feel free to use a homemade Alfredo sauce for a richer taste.
- If you prefer a crispier top, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes after baking.
