Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  • Add garlic and broccoli to the skillet. Cook until broccoli is tender.
  • Pour in chicken broth and simmer for a few minutes.
  • Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine.
  • Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the pasta and season with salt and pepper.
