Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken breasts until no longer pink in the center. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Whisk in the flour until smooth and combined.
- Slowly pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

- Place the cooked chicken breasts and diced potatoes in a baking dish. Pour the creamy cheese sauce over the top, covering everything evenly.
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
