  • ½ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  • In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt), Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.

  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on top.
