Description

These Chicken Ham and Cheese Croissants are a perfect combination of savory flavors wrapped in buttery, flaky croissant dough. With a filling of shredded chicken, ham, and cheddar cheese, they’re perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a tasty snack. Easy to make and delicious every time!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated croissant dough
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup diced ham
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, diced ham, shredded cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Unroll the croissant dough and separate into triangles. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture onto each triangle and roll up, tucking in the ends to enclose the filling.
  • Place the filled croissants onto the prepared baking sheet and brush with the beaten egg.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the croissants are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use store-bought rotisserie chicken to save time.
  • Feel free to swap out the cheddar cheese for Swiss or mozzarella, depending on your taste preferences.
  • For an extra crispy crust, you can brush the croissants with melted butter before baking.
