Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the chicken strips and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.
- Push the chicken to the side of the skillet and add the chorizo slices. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the onion, garlic, and red bell pepper to the skillet, and cook until the vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle paprika, salt, and pepper over the chicken and vegetables. Stir to combine.
