- 1 lb cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese
- 4 pieces of naan bread
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes. Cook until vegetables are soft.
- Add shredded chicken, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Place a generous amount of chicken mixture on one side of a piece of naan bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Fold the naan bread in half, covering the chicken mixture.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and cook the stuffed naan for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
- Repeat with the remaining naan bread and chicken mixture.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
