Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them in a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the flour and whisk until smooth.
- Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
