- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a doughnut pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, coffee, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the greased doughnut pan, filling each mold about 3/4 full.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into a doughnut comes out clean.
- Allow the doughnuts to cool slightly in the pan before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
