- 1 cup butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Set your oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick spray.
- Arrange Pretzels: Spread the mini pretzels in a single layer on the baking sheet.
- Make Caramel: In a pot, melt butter and brown sugar over medium-low heat. Once boiling, cook for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Pour Caramel: Drizzle the bubbly caramel evenly over the pretzels; it will spread during baking.
- Bake: Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbling.
- Add Chocolate: Remove from the oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. Return to the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the chips.
- Spread Chocolate: Use a spatula to spread the melted chocolate evenly. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cut Bars: Remove from the foil and cut into squares.
Notes
- You can substitute milk chocolate or dark chocolate chips depending on your preference.
