Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

  • In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy (about 3–4 minutes).

  • Beat in the vanilla extract and eggs one at a time until fully combined.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and sea salt.

  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just until combined.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips evenly throughout the dough.

  • Drop tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.

  • Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
