Description

This indulgent Chocolate Grasshopper Cheesecake features a rich, creamy filling with a delightful minty flavor, all nestled in a crunchy Oreo crust. Perfect for mint chocolate lovers!


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup crème de menthe
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  • Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into a springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and crème de menthe, mixing until well combined.
  • Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  • Pour the cheesecake filling onto the crust and bake for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.

Notes

For added presentation, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings before serving.
