- 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup crème de menthe
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 eggs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Combine the crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press the mixture into a springform pan to form the crust.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add cocoa powder and crème de menthe, mixing until well combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour the cheesecake filling onto the crust and bake for 50 minutes. Allow to cool before serving.
