1 heart of romaine lettuce

2 small tomatoes or 1 large tomato

Instructions

Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain on paper towels and chop into bite-sized pieces.

Wash and dry romaine lettuce, then chop finely.

Dice tomatoes into small pieces.

In a bowl, combine chopped bacon, romaine, tomatoes, and mayonnaise. Mix gently to combine, adding more mayonnaise if desired.

Slice sub rolls lengthwise without cutting all the way through.
