  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • Crackers, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, pecans, dried cranberries, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  • Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and green onions, if desired, to enhance the flavor and presentation.
  • Serve with crackers.
