Description

This Christmas Cookie Cheesecake is a festive, creamy dessert with a delicious cookie crust and a rich, velvety cheesecake filling. Crushed Christmas cookies add a sweet and holiday-inspired twist, making it the perfect treat for your holiday celebrations!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed Christmas cookies
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Christmas cookie crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a medium bowl, mix together crushed Christmas cookies and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  • In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Mix in eggs and vanilla until well combined. Fold in cookie crumbs.
  • Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes or until the center is almost set. Allow to cool.
  • Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.

Notes

  • If you want a richer flavor, add a little cinnamon or nutmeg to the cheesecake mixture.
  • You can use any holiday-themed cookies, such as gingerbread or sugar cookies, for the crust.
  • Decorate with extra crushed cookies on top for a festive touch.
