Delight in these Cinnamon Peach Crumble Bars, featuring a buttery oat crust layered with sweet, spiced peaches and topped with a crunchy crumble. Perfect for a summer dessert or a cozy treat any time of year!

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 2 cups peaches, sliced
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press half of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
- In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with cinnamon, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Layer the peach mixture over the crust.
- Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the peaches.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
Notes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
