Description

Delight in these Cinnamon Peach Crumble Bars, featuring a buttery oat crust layered with sweet, spiced peaches and topped with a crunchy crumble. Perfect for a summer dessert or a cozy treat any time of year!


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 cups peaches, sliced
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix together the flour, rolled oats, sugar, and melted butter until crumbly. Press half of this mixture into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, toss the sliced peaches with cinnamon, cornstarch, and brown sugar. Layer the peach mixture over the crust.
  • Sprinkle the remaining crumble mixture on top of the peaches.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream for an extra treat.
