Ingredients

  • 1 package cinnamon rolls with icing
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
  • Press the cinnamon roll dough evenly into the bottom of the pan, reserving the icing for later.
  • In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth and well combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll dough.
  • Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set in the center. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
  • Once cooled, drizzle the reserved cinnamon roll icing over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, consider mixing a teaspoon of cinnamon into the cream cheese filling.
  • This cheesecake can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
