- 1 package cinnamon rolls with icing
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a springform pan.
- Press the cinnamon roll dough evenly into the bottom of the pan, reserving the icing for later.
- In a large bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and sour cream until smooth and well combined. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cinnamon roll dough.
- Bake for 45 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set in the center. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature.
- Once cooled, drizzle the reserved cinnamon roll icing over the top before serving.
