Description

Company Casserole is a warm, comforting dish packed with ground beef, creamy soups, sour cream, and egg noodles, topped with a generous layer of melted cheddar cheese. This easy-to-make casserole is perfect for feeding a crowd or enjoying as a family dinner.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 package egg noodles, cooked
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat.
  • In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cooked egg noodles. Stir until fully mixed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes

  • For a lighter version, use reduced-fat versions of the soups and sour cream.
