- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 package egg noodles, cooked
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef along with the chopped onion. Drain any excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked ground beef mixture, cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and cooked egg noodles. Stir until fully mixed.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
