- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 egg

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Place a spoonful of the crab mixture onto each egg roll wrapper, then roll up, sealing the edges according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the egg rolls in batches, cooking for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Ensure oil is at the correct temperature to avoid soggy egg rolls. You can test with a small piece of bread or batter to check if it fries instantly.
- You can also bake the egg rolls at 400°F for 12-15 minutes for a healthier version.
