This simple yet luxurious cranberry Brie is perfect for entertaining or as a decadent appetizer. The creamy Brie melts beautifully, paired with sweet cranberry sauce and crunchy pecans. Serve it with crackers or sliced baguette for the perfect bite.


Ingredients

  • 1 wheel of Brie cheese
  • 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup of chopped pecans
  • Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the wheel of Brie on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Spread the cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
  • Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top of the cranberry sauce.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and gooey.
  • Serve hot with crackers or sliced baguette.

Notes

  • You can substitute the pecans with other nuts, such as walnuts or almonds, if desired.
  • For a sweeter touch, you can drizzle honey over the top before serving.
