			- 2 cups all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup sugar
 - 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
 - 1 teaspoon salt
 - 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
 - 3/4 cup orange juice
 - 1 tablespoon grated orange zest
 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
 - 1 egg, beaten
 - 1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries, coarsely chopped
 
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
 - In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Stir in the orange juice, orange zest, melted butter, and egg.
 - Fold in the cranberries and pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.
 - Bake for 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
 - Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then remove to a wire rack to cool completely.
 
Notes
- You can substitute fresh cranberries with dried cranberries if preferred.
 - For a sweeter version, you can add a glaze by mixing powdered sugar with orange juice and drizzling it over the cooled bread.
