These easy-to-make Cranberry Puffs feature a flaky puff pastry filled with tart cranberry sauce and crunchy pecans. Baked to golden perfection and dusted with powdered sugar, they are a delightful treat for the holidays or any special occasion!


Ingredients

  • 1 package puff pastry, thawed
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
  • Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
  • Fold the corners of the puff pastry towards the center to create a pouch.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Remove from oven and let cool.
  • Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

  • These Cranberry Puffs can be served warm or at room temperature.
  • For added flavor, you can mix in a bit of orange zest or cinnamon with the cranberry sauce.
