- 1 package puff pastry, thawed
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a spoonful of cranberry sauce in the center of each square.
- Sprinkle chopped pecans over the cranberry sauce.
- Fold the corners of the puff pastry towards the center to create a pouch.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
