  • 1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 can (14.75 oz) cream-style corn
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup cornmeal
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together both cans of corn, softened cream cheese, melted butter, sugar, cornmeal, milk, and eggs until well combined.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the casserole is golden brown and set in the center.
