- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeños, drained
- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and diced jalapeños.
- Spread mixture into a baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
- For an extra creamy texture, use full-fat cream cheese.
- You can adjust the level of spice by adding more or less jalapeños.
- For a gluten-free version, substitute the panko breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
