This creamy, cheesy dip is loaded with cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheeses, with a spicy kick from jalapeños. Topped with crunchy panko breadcrumbs, it’s the perfect appetizer for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4 oz) can diced jalapeños, drained
  • 1 cup panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, and diced jalapeños.
  • Spread mixture into a baking dish.
  • In a separate bowl, mix panko bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and melted butter. Sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden and bubbly.
  • Serve hot with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

  • For an extra creamy texture, use full-fat cream cheese.
  • You can adjust the level of spice by adding more or less jalapeños.
  • For a gluten-free version, substitute the panko breadcrumbs with gluten-free breadcrumbs.
