- 2 cans Chunk Chicken Breast
- 1/2 cup Chopped Almonds
- 2 stalks Celery, chopped
- 1 Crisp Red or Green Apple, diced
- 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tbsp Dried Parsley
- 4 tbsp Mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
- 2 tbsp Sour Cream

Prepare the Chicken:
- Drain and shred the chunk chicken breast in a large mixing bowl.

Add the Veggies and Fruit:
- Chop the celery, dice the apple, and add them to the chicken. Stir to combine.

- Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning and dried parsley over the chicken mixture. Add the mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) and sour cream. Stir everything together until well-coated and combined.

- Taste the chicken salad and add additional Cajun seasoning, salt, or pepper as needed.
