- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the Sauce: Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add Cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
- Serve: Serve over pasta or with steamed vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
