Description

This Slow Cooker Chicken Alfredo is a creamy, cheesy dish that makes dinner a breeze! With tender chicken simmered in rich Alfredo sauce and topped with melted cheese, it’s perfect over pasta or with vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 jar (16 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the Sauce: Pour the Alfredo sauce over the chicken.
  • Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add Cheese: About 30 minutes before serving, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the chicken. Cover and continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
  • Serve: Serve over pasta or with steamed vegetables. Garnish with fresh parsley.
