- 2 cucumbers, sliced (about 2 cups)

- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Dressing: In a large bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard. Stir until smooth.
- Combine Ingredients: Add the cooked shrimp, sliced cucumbers, and red onion to the bowl. Gently mix to coat all ingredients with the dressing.
