This creamy fiesta dip is packed with flavor, combining taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, fresh green onions, and corn in a tangy sour cream base. Perfect for parties or a snack, this dip is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

  • 1 (1 oz) packet taco seasoning mix
  • 1 (10 oz) can diced tomatoes with green chilies, drained
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup cooked corn (canned or frozen, thawed)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
  • Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and taco seasoning mix. Stir until the seasoning is evenly distributed.
