- 1/2 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a separate pot, cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add to the beef Alfredo sauce.
- Toss everything together until pasta is evenly coated in the sauce. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, you can reduce the cream slightly or add more Parmesan cheese.
