A rich and creamy pasta dish featuring savory ground beef and a luscious Alfredo sauce, this recipe is perfect for a comforting weeknight dinner that’s sure to please the whole family.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb fettuccine pasta
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
  • Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • In the same skillet with the ground beef, add butter and minced garlic. Cook until garlic is fragrant.
  • Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the skillet. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  • Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve the creamy ground beef Alfredo pasta hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
