Ingredients

  • 1 head of broccoli, chopped
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup low-fat milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until fragrant.
  • Add the broccoli and cauliflower to the pot and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and let simmer until vegetables are tender.
