- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 jalapenos, seeded and diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cranberry sauce, jalapenos, cilantro, green onions, pecans, mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until all ingredients are well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with your favorite chips or crackers.
Notes
- If you prefer a milder dip, reduce the amount of jalapenos.
- Add a handful of shredded cheese or a dollop of sour cream for extra creaminess.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
