Ingredients

  • 1 lb rigatoni pasta
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed and grilled
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Cook rigatoni according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  • In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce becomes creamy.
